This Delivery and Returns Policy explains how we handle order processing, shipping, delivery, returns, and exchanges for all purchases made on carlfinger.com. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and an order number for tracking purposes.

If there are any issues with your order, such as stock unavailability or payment verification, our customer service team will contact you promptly at feedbackline@carlfinger.com.


2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

We offer reliable shipping both domestically and internationally. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your location.

Domestic Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

International Shipping:

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing but typically range from 10–20 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays may affect delivery schedules.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available online.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, order size, weight, and selected shipping method.

For international orders, additional duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost charged by Carl Finger.

Failure to pay customs fees or refusal to accept delivery may result in the order being returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.


4. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Carl Finger is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order.

If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the courier directly. Carl Finger cannot issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered by the courier.


5. Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • All tags and labels must remain attached.
  • Original packaging must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at feedbackline@carlfinger.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions for returning your item.


6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return. Carl Finger is not responsible for lost or untraceable packages returned by the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval of your refund or exchange.


7. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the return conditions above.

Before returning your item for an exchange, please contact feedbackline@carlfinger.com to confirm availability of the desired size, color, or style. Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item promptly.


9. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing feedbackline@carlfinger.com. Include photos of the item and packaging for verification.

Once confirmed, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.


10. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
